The dates have been announced for the 2012 Vans Warped Tour, and now we're waiting for the full lineup. Until the official announcements are complete, we're keeping an eye on the rumors as well.

Official Announcements So Far

Vans has begun announcing the bands for the tour, with the intention of announcing more bands each week until April. Here are the bands officially named to the tour so far:

Warped Rumors So Far

December 2, 2011 - Entertainment website Dying Scene posted rumors that Ohio powerpop group Hit The Lights will be playing at least part of the tour. (Status - Still A Rumor

November 21, 2011 - Once again, entertainment website Under the Gun Review posted rumors about appearing bands. This time, it's Australian outfit Tonight Alive and British band You Me At Six that are rumored to have joined the tour.  (Status - Confirmed)

November 17, 2011 - Beau Bokan, frontman for Phoenix, AZ post-hardcore band Blessthefall announced that his band will be on Warped Tour this summer. In an interview with Noisecreep, where Bokan discussed his engagement to Canadian electro artist (and Warped Tour alum) Lights, he discussed the wedding date, saying, "We may have to wait until right after summer because we plan on playing the Warped Tour this year" (Status - Confirmed)

November 2, 2011 - The first rumor surrounding the bands appearing on the 2012 Vans Warped Tour has appeared. Entertainment website Under the Gun Review is reporting that Michigan post-hardcore outfit Sleeping with Sirens has confirmed that they will be appearing on the 2012 Warped tour. This is the only instance so far surrounding this news, so we'll treat it as a rumor for the moment, but we'll be keeping an eye on this one for sure.
