His experience includes staff positions with Michigan Nonprofit Association and NPower Michigan, the Dallas Historical Society, Dallas Theater Center, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, and volunteer leadership of the Technology Advisory Committee of the Grand Rapids Community Foundation, as well as the Dallas Arts District Friends.

He wrote the technology section for the Michigan Nonprofit Management Manual (2010).

Education

Andy has an MBA and MA in Arts Administration from Southern Methodist University (1992), and a BA in Music Theory & Composition from Spring Arbor University (1990).
