Blues Instruments

Definition:

Blues Instruments: Blues music can be performed on just about any sort of musical instrument, but the standard leading blues instruments are guitar, harmonica (mouth harp), and piano. In the early days of Mississippi Delta blues, artists performed mostly on guitar and harmonica because of the portability of these blues instruments. As time passed by, and country blues gave way to the urbanized Chicago blues sound, drums, piano, and even upright bass guitar were added to the mix.
