Bowdoin College Admissions Overview:

With an acceptance rate of 15%, Bowdoin College is a highly selective school. Students will need test scores and grades well above average, as well as variety of extracurricular activities, a strong academic record, and quality writing skills to be accepted. Students do not have to submit scores from the ACT or SAT, but can if they would like. Bowdoin uses the Common Application, which could save applicants time if they are applying to multiple schools that also use that application.
