Education

She graduated magna cum laude from University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis on poetry and short stories and then obtained a J.D. She passed the bar in New York State and obtained a certification as a Law Guardian and in divorce mediation. Sember is a Ben Franklin Award finalist, the recipient of a Mothers at Home Media Award, and of a Parenting Publications of America Bronze Award.
