The 2019 Champions Tour schedule begins in January in Hawaii and concludes in November in Arizona. There are 27 official-money tournaments, five of which are major championships. Twenty-four of those 27 events are "regular season" tournaments, followed by the three-tournament Charles Schwab Cup finale.

The Mastercard Japan Championship is the only completely new tournament on the schedule. Among the senior circuit rookies in 2019 are Retief Goosen and Angel Cabrera. Tournaments hosting senior majors in 2019 include Oak Hill Country Club, Royal Lytham & St. Annes, Firestone Country Club and Notre Dame University's Warren Course.

The tournaments that make up the Charles Schwab Cup Playoffs are the Dominion Charity Classic, Invesco QQQ Championship and the season-ending Charles Schwab Cup Championship.
