Experience

Christopher Del Sole is a former writer for ThoughtCo for three years where he focused on publishing articles about snowboarding. Along with being an avid snowboarder,  Del Sole has spent a large portion of his career writing copy and being the director of marketing for a variety of companies related to winter sports.

Del Sole has been snowboarding since 1999, spending an average of 75 days each season on the slopes. He has taught snowboarders of all ages and abilities since 2003 and was certified by the American Association of Snowboard Instructors in 2005. He also spent several years working at a ski and snowboard shop in Connecticut as a sales associate and tuning technician. A member of the North American Snowsports Journalists Association (NASJA) and the Eastern Ski Writers Association (ESWA), Del Sole resides in New England.

Christopher Del Sole studied Political Science at Saint Michael's College.
