What is the worst part of the reality TV experience?

The dramalicious fourth season of College Hill will end its run on BET as the number one series in the network's history. The reality show -- about a group of students living together in a fabulous house and attending college in the Virgin Islands for one semester -- featured some colorful personalities, newly-formed friendships, and intense moments worthy of Tivo rewind.

Via email, some of the College Hill cast members answered my questions about their reality TV experience. Here's what Krystal, JT, Vanessa, Andres, and Willie had to say when asked the same five questions.

1) What’s the worst part the reality TV experience?

Krystal’s response:
Seeing how the editor's form a storyline out of my life experiences and seeing how storylines seemed out of sync from the order which events actually happened.

JT’s response:
I would have to say the stress and the executive producer.

Vanessa’s response:
Getting into the fight, I should have been the bigger person and not stooped to her level.

Andres’s response:
The worst part of the reality TV experience is having millions of people think that they know you based on what you did on television.

Willie’s response:
The worst part of this experience was not having the house to myself so I can run around butt naked...I really enjoyed everything, I really miss the island, the view, the people, the beaches, and the BEACHES (wink wink)....

What was the best part of the reality TV experience? Has life changed?

2) What is the best part of the reality TV experience?

Krystal’s response:
Being able to live a really cool life with really cool people for a semester.

JT’s response
Meeting new people and experiencing the VI.

Vanessa’s response:
Actually being a part of it. Going on all the trips, such as Virgin Gorda and St. Thomas's Buck Island.

Andres’s response:
The best part of the reality TV experience is the recognition by people in public.

Willie’s response:
The best part was just being on TV and letting the world know how funny WILLIE MACC is. I did such a good job people think that its scripted, people want to see more of me and just having the chance to be on this crazy cast was fun. Plus who really gets to say they been to the VI for 3 months all expenses paid for while going to school?

3) How has your life changed?

Krystal’s response:
People notice me everywhere, people coming up to me crying and wanting pictures, its crazy and awkward all at once.

JT's response:
It increased my fan base and also made me see people for what they really are.

Vanessa’s response:
It hasn't change much, but the little it has changed, is the fact that people come up to me on a daily basis saying, "are you that girl from college hill?" or my favorite "you shoulda beat that skinny girl some more." For the most part my life is still the same, and I'm happy for that!

Andres’s response:
My life has not changed, the only difference between now and when I wasn't on TV is the "fame".

Willie’s response:
It really hasn’t much...just that millions of people know who I am...lol...but I still live the same life, still broke as hell, still don’t have no movie or TV deal....so it hasn’t changed too much!

Did you learn anything about yourself?

4) Did you learn anything about yourself after watching yourself on television?

Krystal’s response:
I can be pretty ruthless at times.

JT’s response:
No, I didn’t learn anything....except I didn't know I was a cheater/hypocrite...lol.

Vanessa’s response:
Yeah, I am very internal. I need to learn how to ignore and let things go.

Andres’s response:
Yes, I am perfect for television!

Willie’s response:
I am very cocky, I didn’t know I was as cocky as I was...every other episode I'm saying I’m WIllie Macc or "I look at the show as Willie and the Cast of College Hill...” but I’m not cocky to the point where I feel like I don’t need anyone, or to the point where I’m all that matters...its just that I feel I don’t get enough credit for who I am... and that is Willie Macc baby!

If you were the editor...

5) If you were one of the editors for this show, is there footage you would either cut or add?

Krystal’s response:
The time when Fallon and I were being chased by Willie and Jay Tee, who had put in fake teeth and thrown flour on their faces to look like crack heads.

JT’s response:
There were a lot of other cheaters in the house besides JT...They made it look like I was the only one cheating.

Vanessa’s response:
LOL, I would have taken out the night I puked all over the floor, lol though that was good TV. I would've also taken out the part where Chicky and JT had to put me to bed. I would have added some, but I need not say since it wasn't shown!

Andres’s response:
No, I feel that the editors would want to put as many embarrassing moments as possible, so they did their job well in my opinion.

Willie’s response:
I would have put in more of the funny stuff that I did...but drama makes the rating so that’s what they showed...I did some outlandish stuff...me making fun of the fight, me and JT imitating the camera guys acting like we were filming them, and what you all didn’t see (because of Idesha and JT taking the spotlight) was I did kiss both Vanessa and Krystal...but sorry they didn’t catch it...HA...I'm Willie Macc for goodness sake...
