College of St. Scholastica Admissions Overview:

The College of St. Scholastica is not a highly selective school; only around one-third of those who apply will not be accepted. To apply, interested students will need to fill out an application and submit scores from either the SAT or ACT--both tests are accepted. The College of St. Scholastica is a private Benedictine Catholic university located in Duluth, Minnesota. The college has additional campuses in St. Cloud, St. Paul, Brainerd and Rochester. The 186-acre main campus features attractive stone architecture and a view of Lake Superior. Founded in 1912 as a tiny college for women, the college today offers men and women a choice of dozens of majors. Professional fields in business and the health sciences are the most popular among undergraduates.

The College of St. Scholastica has a 14 to 1 student / faculty ratio and an average class size of 22. The school typically does well in rankings of colleges in the Midwest.
