Drury University Description:

Located in Springfield, Missouri, Drury University frequently does well in rankings of best value colleges in the Midwest. The school has an impressive 12 to 1 student / faculty ratio and an average class size of 18. Professional fields such as education, architecture, business and criminal justice are popular among Drury undergrads, but the university also has robust programs in the liberal arts and sciences. At the heart of Drury's curriculum is GP21, Global Perspectives 21, which merges traditional liberal arts areas with contemporary world challenges. As a result, all Drury students earn a minor in Global Studies. The University hosts several sororities and fraternities, and there are a number of clubs and organizations students can join. On the athletic front, the Drury Panthers are members of the NCAA's Division II Great Lakes Valley Conference. They compete primarily basketball, cross country, golf and soccer.
