Roker apologized for the indiscretion, but also said that he thought people should lighten up a bit too. "I'm not breaking laws... just trying to share the experience of jury duty. One that I think is important and everyone should take part in," he later Tweeted. More »

Okay, so this guy isn't technically a celebrity, but he is a well-known Democratic U.S. Congressman, so we think he counts. Rep. Anthony Weiner gave us one of the most famous celebrity Twitter mistakes of all time in 2011, when he tried to send a private Twitter message containing a sexually explicit photo of his junk to a young woman in Seattle, WA. Unfortunately, Weiner accidentally tweeted the obscene pic to all of his followers, instead.

At first, Weiner claimed he had been hacked (always a likely story), but he eventually had to come clean and admit to posting the image himself. Once the cat was out of the bag, he also admitted to sending naked pics and dirty text messages to other women as well, both before and during his marriage.

Once "Weinergate" went public, the Congressman was forced to resign. More »

This one is only funny because it happened to Ashton Kutcher. Former Penn State football coach Joe Paterno was all over the news following accusations that Paterno helped cover up the rapes of Assistant Coach, Jerry Sandusky. Apparently, college football fan Ashton Kutcher was living under a rock somewhere, because he didn't get the memo about why Paterno had been fired. When Kutcher heard the news that Paterno had been let go, he Tweeted this to his millions of followers:

"How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste."

The clueless Tweet infuriated fans around the world, and once someone clued Kutcher in about the details of the case, he issued a very contrite apology. Ouch. More »

Amanda Bynes Tweets Everything Embarrassing Ever

There's no way we could list all of the hilariously-ridiculous things that actress Amanda Bynes has tweeted, but suffice to say, reading her Twitter feed was pretty entertaining for a while there.

After her drunk driving charge in 2012, Bynes Tweeted President Barack Obama for help. Hey, who hasn't done that? Bynes wrote,

"Hey @BarackObama…I don’t drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don’t hit and run. The end." Obviously, the President has nothing better to do than to get involved in Bynes' affairs, right?

And the President didn't come to her rescue. Thanks, Obama.

The troubled star also asked R&B singer Drake to "murder [her] vagina," insisted that media outlets only use photos that she herself had uploaded to Twitter, instead of candid paparazzi shots, told Rihanna that Chris Brown beat her because she's not pretty enough, and threatened to sue just about everyone. After her arrest for drug possession and allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36-story apartment building window, Bynes went even further off the rails, claiming a cop "slapped her vagina," and more. And all of this happened on Twitter, for our amusement. Lucky us!

The good news is that eventually Amanda's parents and the law stepped in and got her the help she obviously needed.
