Gregg Katzman is a former writer for ThoughtCo who served as the expert on the Marvel Comics universe— including movies, books, and fan-made creations—for over three years. Katzman fell in love with Marvel Comics back when he was just seven years old. Thanks to the animated shows, exciting movies, and, of course, entertaining comics, he found himself totally absorbed by all that the Marvel Universe had to offer. Since then, he's written about comics for Comic Vine, UGO Entertainment, Screen Rant, and his own blog, Comic Book Conversations.

Since 2011, Katzman has acted as a freelance journalist and reviewer of comics and movies for a variety of publications, but he was also the Entertainment Editor for UGO Networks, a marketing assistant and events manager for Midtown Comics in New York City, and a brand coordinator for ReedPOP for the 2017 New York Comic Con.

Gregg Katzman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Mass Media from the University of Hartford.
