Hugo A. Rivera is an internationally-known best-selling fitness author of over 10 books on bodybuilding, weight loss, and fitness.

Experience

Hugo A. Rivera is a former writer for ThoughtCo. He has over 18 years of bodybuilding experience and is now a top-level competitive national bodybuilder who dedicates his life to sharing his knowledge on how to achieve the body of their dreams in a safe and healthy manner. In addition to having several best selling books, Hugo has been interviewed by several radio stations, newspapers and has contributed several bodybuilding and fitness articles to many publications over the world. Hugo has worked with many industry experts and co-authored fitness programs with fitness icon and six-time Ms. Olympia, Cory Everson. He also forms part of the prestigious team of Labrada Nutrition. He wrote on bodybuilding for ThoughtCo for over six years.  ​

Education

Hugo received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida, and certification for fitness instruction from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
