The university has grown significantly since its founding, and today it is the largest university in northeastern Indiana. The 682-acre campus sits along the banks of the St. Joseph River. The majority of IPFU students come from Indiana, and the university serves the needs of students with other work commitments. About one-third of students are part-time.
