Jobe Lewis is a former NCAA Division I football player who still gets goosebumps when his high school team makes the playoffs.
Jobe started at cornerback for Stephenville High School, where he helped the Yellow Jackets win two Texas Class 4A State Championships. He then went on to play for New Mexico State University, where he started two years at safety and two years at outside linebacker. He was elected team captain his senior year. He spent a semester as a student assistant coach at New Mexico State and went on to coach at the high school level in Colorado.
I love to watch, play, coach, teach, write about, and talk about football. I hope to give you an insider's perspective on the game that's easy to understand; everything from how to throw and catch a ball, to offensive and defensive strategies. I want to also provide valuable information for parents whose kids are getting into the game of football. Football taught me a lot of life lessons, and I hope to help others experience that as well.
