Discussion of McDaniel College's Admissions Standards: About a quarter of all applicants to McDaniel College will not receive an acceptance letter. Successful applicants will need solid grades and standardized test scores. In the graph above, the blue and green dots represent students who were accepted. Most had SAT scores of 1000 or higher (RW+M), an ACT composite of 20 or higher, and a high school average of a "B" or better. Having grades and test scores above these lower ranges will improve your chances of getting in. Keep in mind that grades and test scores are just one piece of the admissions equation for McDaniel.
