Teachers are always looking for ways to help their students find a love for reading. One of the best ways to do that is to have students choose their own books. In fact, studies have shown that when young readers choose their own literature, they become better readers. The key for teachers is to find out what type of book really motivates their students to read (adventure, mystery, comic strip, etc.).

Once teachers find out this information, then they should provide students with a variety of choices in their classroom library.

Here are a few must-read book series that will excite and motivate your young readers.
