About This Event:

"The New York Anime Festival is a celebration of classic and cutting-edge anime, manga, and Japanese culture taking place in the heart of New York City!"

2007 marked the first year for the New York Anime Festival. In 2009, Reed Exhibitions announced that the 2010 show would be combined with New York Comic-Con for one huge co-located show.

The Jacobs Javits Center is located in the heart of Manhattan, the home of manga publishers including Del Rey Manga, DC Comics and Yen Press.
