Oklahoma State University - Oklahoma City Description:

Located in Oklahoma City, OSU - OKC is a member of the Oklahoma State University System. Oklahoma City (the state capital), with its population and large number of cultural events, is a great place for students to live and learn. The school's offered degrees are mostly Associate's and Certificate degrees. Popular choices include Law Enforcement fields, Firefighting, Energy Management/Technology, and Horticulture. Students can join the Honors Program, where they can enroll in advanced courses in core subjects, with more challenging material and smaller class sizes. On average, OSU - OKC has a student / faculty ratio of 19 to 1. Outside of the classroom, there are a number of student-run clubs and activities. These range from academic honor societies, service-oriented groups, social/recreational clubs, and performing arts organizations. While OSU-OKC has no officially-registered varsity teams, it does have a wellness center, complete with fitness classes and a full golf course.
