Australian pop-rock band 5 Seconds of Summer are set to kick off their Sounds Live Feels Live world concert tour February 19th in Japan. The group will make it to the US beginning in July. 5 Seconds of Summer released their second consecutive #1 album last October. The album includes the top 15 mainstream pop radio hit "She's Kinda Hot."

British pop-rock band The 1975 broke into the US pop singles chart back in 2013 with the hit "Chocolate." It was followed by a self-titled debut album from the group which broke into the top 30 on the US album chart while hitting #1 at home in the UK. The group's upcoming second album I Like It When You Sleep... has already produced two top 10 rock radio hits in the US. It is due to hit stores February 26th.

The Chainsmokers are a dance music DJ duo that first hit the pop charts in 2014 with the novelty single "#Selfie." They have now charged back into the pop charts with their first top 10 smash "Roses." It is platinum certified for sales and is included on the album Bouquet released last October.

Elton John

Pop music legend Elton John is set to release his 32nd studio album Wonderful Crazy Night this week. It is his first album to feature the Elton John Band since 2006's The Captain & the Kid. The single "Looking Up" is a top 20 hit on the adult contemporary chart.

Back in 2004, teenager JoJo Levesque, recording as simply JoJo, was one of the most promising young pop artists. Her debut single "Leave (Get Out)" topped the mainstream pop radio chart and in 2006 with "Too Little Too Late" off her second album she reached the top 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. Then she ran into major record label problems. She is finally on target to release her third studio album this year.

Wiz Khalifa

Last year Wiz Khalifa scored his second #1 pop hit single with the smash "See You Again." His sixth studio album Khalifa is set to be released this week. It includes guest appearances from Travi$ Scott and Juicy J. The lead single from the project is "Bake Sale."

Last year after Spencer Smith left Panic! At the Disco, the band's official membership was down to one, Brendon Urie the lead vocalist. However, he has continued the group's name and performs live as a group. The new album Death Of a Bachelor caps the promise the band presented with their top 10 hit "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" from 2006 by going all the way to #1 on the album chart. It includes the band's second top 40 hit single "Hallelujah."

After extensive success writing songs for other artists and performing as a featured artist, Sia returned to her solo work and released the breakthrough top 10 pop hit "Chandelier" in 2014. It was included on her #1 charting album 1000 Forms of Fear. Last week she released the follow up This Is Acting. It includes the adult pop radio top 40 hit "Alive."

Nathan Sykes

22-year-old Nathan Sykes first gained fame as the youngest member of the boy band The Wanted. Now he is striking out on his own as a solo artist. The single "Over and Over Again" reached the pop top 10 at home in the UK last year. He has recently released a new version of the song featuring vocals from Ariana Grande. It is officially released to mainstream pop radio this week.
