7 Private School Education Resources You Need

Where to Go for Expert Information

Here at the About.com private school site, we work to bring you the best information on education. From parents and students to teachers and administrators, the amount of information that we could possibly share is vast, and we can't bring you everything at once. That's why we rely on peer sites to jointly share information and educate our readers on everything they need to know about private schools.

To celebrate the collaborative environment that we have in the private school world, I'm sharing seven of my favorite private school resources that every parent, student, teacher and administrator should follow. I welcome suggestions for other sites to include on this list, too. Join the conversation on social media by commenting on Facebook or tweet me @stacyjago with your top picks. I just may add it to this list!

AdmissionsQuest has information about boarding schools and the entire admission process. While at one time, the site focused on all private schools, they have since decided to narrow their scope to focus solely on boarding schools and those students and families interested in applying to boarding schools. As such, it's important to note that an ad does not indicate an endorsement of any one school by the site. More »

Naturally focused on Boarding Schools, The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) is a site with a wealth of boarding school information. From boarding school graduates and family members to teachers and administrators, as well as TABS employees, the blog shares multiple viewpoints on the benefits of boarding school. Some of my favorite posts are those that come from the graduates themselves.  More »
