Roughly a third of all applicants are rejected, so you'll need solid grades and standardized test scores to get in. In the graph above, the blue and green dots represent accepted students. You can see that the majority of successful applicants had high school GPAs of "B" or better, combined SAT scores of about 1000 or higher (RW+M), and ACT composite scores of 21 or better. If you're a strong student, you'll have plenty of company--a significant percentage of Randolph-Macon students had "A" averages in high school. Admission to Randolph-Macon, however, is about more than grades and test scores.
