Rebecca Murray is a former writer for ThoughtCo, contributing articles about Hollywood movies for over 13 years. She also writes entertainment reviews and commentary for and Rotten Tomatoes.

In 2011, Rebecca co-founded with Gary Murray. She acts as the editor-in-chief for the site which covers films, TV, music and other entertainment-related news. ShowBizJunkies offers reviews and recaps productions and focuses more on industry-related personality news than on celebrity news.

Rebecca has been an approved film and television critic, known as Tomatometer Approved, for Rotten Tomatoes since 2002. She is a member of Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) and the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) . The BFCA selects winners for the annual Critic's Choice Movie Awards. Rebecca is also a member of the San Diego Film Critics Society and the Alliance of Women Film Journalists.
