The attractive 130-acre campus is located in Rockford, Illinois; Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison are all within 90 minutes of campus. A little less than 90% of students come from Illinois. Students can choose from over 70 academic programs, and majors in business and elementary education are among the most popular. The university was awarded a chapter of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society for its strengths in the liberal arts and sciences.
