Creamy Marbled Orange Fudge

This is one of our family's favorite recipes, and we make it each year at Halloween. Use white chocolate, marshmallow fluff, and sugar to create a rich, creamy orange fudge that tastes like Creamsicles. For even more fun, make a batch of regular chocolate fudge, and then alternate the squares in a checkerboard pattern for an orange & brown Samhain treat.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are a delicious addition to just about any seasonal feast, and at Samhain, the pumpkins are everywhere! When you remove the seeds from your pumpkins (which is all part of carving a Jack-O-Lantern!) you can rinse them off, roast them, and season them with just about any flavor you like.
