SIUC, Southern Illinois University Carbondale is a public research university located in Southern Illinois. SIUC ranks highly among public universities in the Midwest, and students come from all 50 states and over 100 countries. Students can choose from over 100 Bachelor's degree programs, and professional fields such as engineering, education, management and criminal justice are extremely popular among undergraduates.
