On January 13, 2007, police serving another warrant in a St. Louis apartment complex spotted a pickup truck that matched the description of one involved in the kidnapping of 13-year-old Ben Ownby four days earlier. The police got a search warrant for the apartment of the truck's owner, Michael Devlin. When they entered the apartment they found Ownby, but they also found 15-year-old Shawn Hornbeck, who had been missing since October 2002.

DA: Missouri Kidnapper to Plead Guilty

Michael Devlin, the former pizzeria manager who is charged with the kidnapping of two Missouri boys, will enter a guilty plea next week, sparing the victims' families from the trauma of a public trial. Devlin will plead guilty to all charges related to the kidnapping, attempted murder and sexual assault of Shawn Hornbeck.

An investigation task force made up of Missouri and federal law enforcement is investigating connections between Michael Devlin and several missing children in the St.

Louis area and in Michigan where Devlin was known to vacation. The missing children disappeared between 1988 and 2003.

Michael Devlin Turns Down Plea Deal

A Missouri man accused of kidnapping and assaulting two boys, who were found in his apartment, has turned down a plea agreement that would have sentenced him to prison for life.

Michael Devlin's attorney said the offer was not a "deal" at all and his client could do better going to trial.

A Missouri pizzeria manager, who is charged with kidnapping and molesting two boys found in his apartment, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on child pornography charges. Investigators say Michael Devlin, photographed and videotaped one of the boys between 2002 and 2007.

The Missouri pizzaman in whose apartment two kidnapped boys were found by police last month has now been charged with 69 counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of kidnapping. All charges are felonies each carrying a possible life in prison sentence.

The investigation into the disappearance of a 13-year-old Missouri boy who was last seen four days ago after getting off the school bus, has resulted in the discovery of another boy who disappeared more than four years ago. Ben Ownby, 13, and Shawn Hornbeck, 15, were both found unharmed in an apartment near St. Louis.
