Tiger Woods Online (Gaming Site by EA Sports)

Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online was the browser-based game in the franchise from EA Sports (Electronic Arts). The Tiger Woods Online game entered open beta testing in May 2009, then, on April 6, 2010, EA Sports officially announced the launch of Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online. 

In late 2013, EA Sports announced it was discontinuing its relationship with Woods, and the Tiger Woods Online website was taken offline.

Game Cost

The online game was free to play on a handful of golf courses and on a limited basis. If game players wanted unlimited access, more features and more golf courses, they had to pay. Monthly subscriptions and annual memberships were offered.

What Courses were Included in Tiger Woods Online?

Too many to list. But notable golf courses that were available for play included Bethpage Black, Celtic Manor, Harbour Town, Oakmont Country Club, The Old Course at St. Andrews, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Torrey Pines, TPC Sawgrass and Whistling Straits.
