The Top 3 Books for the New SAT in 2016

2016 SAT Books

Any time an assessment company makes changes to an existing exam, the test prep industry has to work hard to keep pace with the changes of the tests. The Redesigned SAT, also known as the New SAT of 2016, is significantly different from the SAT of years gone by. On it, new sections like Evidenced-Based Reading and Writing, and the Redesigned Math test are so different from their previous counterparts that you must learn the new test format before you can begin to study. The following test prep books can not only help with learning the fine details of the new exam, they can give you the strategies you need to master each section and get the highest New SAT score you possibly can.

Title: Cracking the New SAT Premium 2016

Author: The Princeton Review

Rating:  4.5 out of 5 stars

Why Buy? I've said it before, I'll say it again: The Princeton Review books are easy to understand. Sometimes, it's tough to figure out what you've done wrong on a particular question if you don't "get" the explanation. PR works hard to avoid those comprehension errors by writing readable text. In addition, the book, even with the additional practice tests, is much smaller than Kaplan's at only 880 pages, so if you're easily overwhelmed, this book may be more manageable for you.  More »
