When they first broke into the charts with the gimmicky hit "#Selfie" in 2014, many detractors were ready to dismiss the dance music duo The Chainsmokers as a one-hit wonder. "Roses" is an elegant, irresistibly catchy return for Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall. The song is gaining international attention and is nearing the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. The vocals are courtesy American singer Elizabeth Mencel who records under the name ROZES.

Joe Jonas' new band DNCE have broken into the charts with this goofy, but catchy and cleverly funky debut single. Reportedly, "Cake By the Ocean" was adopted as a bad translation of the phrase "sex on the beach." DNCE worked with the rising production duo Mattman & Robin who have also worked on Hailee Steinfeld's hit "Love Myself" and Selena Gomez' new hit "Hands To Myself."

Selena Gomez' latest hit single is slinky, sexy and cheekily refers to touching each other. In other words, it is a perfect party song. She has referred to the song as the best one on her album Revival, and it is difficult to disagree. Victoria's Secret has already used the song for a promotional video.

Flo Rida's pop-rap hits have been party staples for more than eight years now. "My House" is another great singalong hit. It is currently climbing the mainstream pop radio charts and has become his 16th top 40 hit single on the Billboard Hot 100.

German DJ Robin Schulz is familiar to pop fans worldwide for his hit remixes of Mr. Probz "Waves" and Lillywood's "Prayer In C." He applies the same smooth style to this reworking of the 2003 Baby Bash hit "Suga Suga." The featured vocals come from Canadian artist Francesco Yates. He is based in Toronto, and earned a Heatseeker commendation in 2015 from the Canadian Radio Music Awards.

Demi Lovato's thumping pop hit "Confident" is perfect for current party playlists. Pop master Max Martin co-wrote and co-produced the song. With the key line, "What's wrong with being confident?" Demi Lovato struts forward gathering her supporters and leaving any haters in her wake. The song has already reached #1 on the dance club chart.

Freischwimmer's take on the Mamas and the Papas pop classic "California Dreamin'" is likely to warm up any winter party. It is smooth and mellow, perfect for late night or early morning play.

Dimitri Vegs and Like Mike are a Belgian duo made up of the brothers Dimitri Thivaios and Michael Thivaios. For 2015, they rose to the top of DJ Magazine's well respected poll on the world's top DJs. They broke into UK pop charts on the single "Tremor" with Martin Garrix back in 2014. "Higher Place" features vocals from R&B star Ne-Yo.

American DJ Jeff Montalvo records under the name Seven Lions. His 2014 album Worlds Apart hit #76 on the US albums chart. "Falling Away" is a single from the upcoming album Summer of the Occult. The Festival remix boosts the beat for party playlists. Featured vocals are courtesy Canadian artist LIGHTS. Her most recent album Little Machines was released in the fall of 2014 and hit #34 on the US album chart.

"Mr. Worldwide" Pitbull likes to mine the grooves of past hits. This time he pulls out the Soup Dragons' 90s classic "I'm Free." That recording was itself a reworking of a 1965 Rolling Stones song. Pitbull is also celebrating the thaw in official relations between the US and his ancestral home Cuba.
