University of South Alabama Description:

The University of South Alabama, USA, is a fast-growing public university located in Mobile, Alabama. USA has strong health science and medical programs, and Nursing is the most popular undergraduate major--other popular choices include accounting, engineering, and education. The university is made up of nine colleges including Education, Engineering, Nursing, Business, and Arts and Sciences.

Outside of the classroom, students can choose from over 200 clubs and activities to join, ranging from academic honor societies, to recreational sports, to performing arts ensembles. In athletics, the University of South Alabama Jaguars compete in the NCAA Division I Sun Belt Conference. Football is a recent addition to the USA intercollegiate athletic program, and the team has competed in the in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision since in 2013.
